On this page, you will find a list of my packages specific to weddings. With every package, you will get a complimentary 30-60 consultation to ensure that we are a good match!

A Sweet Rosé

A by-the-hour package for the couple who just needs a little assistance! I can perform any of the services that the client needs me to do, from managing vendor contracts and meetings, assisting with parts of the day that the client decides, and any planning leading up to the event.

Just a Bottle

Wanting to run the event yourself, but would like a little help in the planning of it? This package is for you! With “Just a Bottle,” after our initial consultation, you will receive a portfolio with a minute-by-minute timeline for the day of your event. In this portfolio, you will also receive detailed advice on how to ensure your event runs smoothly. We can have as much or as little communication as you would like leading up to your event.

Give Me a Barrel

This package is for the couple that feels confident in the planning up to the day and JUST needs day-of coordination. 

Services include:

  • Leading up to the wedding:

    • Two Meetings leading up to your big day (not include the initial complimentary consultation)

      • The First Meeting: 

      • Second Meeting

    • Unlimited phone calls and emails

    • Review of all vendor contracts signed by the Client

    • Minute-by-minute timeline of the day

  • Day of Services:

    • Assist in the running of the Ceremony Rehearsal, insuring all involved feel prepared for the Ceremony

    • Be the main contact person for all vendors and people involved in the Ceremony

    • Cueing wedding party for entrances during the Ceremony

The Full Cellar

Full Package! Anything and everything you could think to need (and even the things you never thought you’d need) leading up to your event and on that day are included. After our initial consultation, we will begin working on planning the perfect wedding for you and your SO. 

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Assistance in creating a budget

  • Recommending, coordinating with, and attending meetings with potential vendors

  • Assistance with decor/theme details 

  • Creating the timeline for the day

  • Day-of Coordination (see “Just the Barrel” package)

  • 24/7 Communication with Aubri

  • Much, much more!
